If someone is having an allergic reaction, call 911. Use epinephrine if it has been prescribed. Do not wait for a reply from us.
Report a wrong result
If a result missed an allergen that is on the package, tell us right away. Include the product name, the barcode number, and a photo of the ingredient panel if you can. Missed allergens are our highest priority.
Delete your account
In the app, go to Settings, then Delete account. This removes your profiles, scans, label photos, devices, and shares.
